A full refurbishment of an office to invigorate our clients working environment.

The brief was to design a workplace that would reflect the nature / culture of Sigma which is a young forward looking, professional but edgy company that manages significant retail and leisure destinations across Ireland. We applied our expertises in interior architecture and design to create a new more efficient layout including additional meeting / breakout spaces, with an 'urban cafe' feel and material textures such as metal, wood, atmospheric wall colours, contemporary furniture & plants, and an industrial feel throughout.

Sigma Retail Partners provided Jennings Design Studio with a brief which was to deliver a hip, rustic style fit out which feels more like an urban cafe than an office. We wanted to reflect the nature of our business and set a new standard for office design in Dublin. I’m delighted to say they not only delivered but exceeded well beyond our original expectations. Thanks to your team for all your support and guidance through the refurbishment. It is a pleasure for the Sigma team coming into the office every day and the feedback from our friends, clients and fellow professionals has been overwhelmingly positive.

In order to realise the ambition of this project Jennings Design Studio applied its broad range of services including the design of custom joinery, storage solutions, a bespoke living wall and boardroom design. The project was overseen with our relentless attention to detail from architectural planning and strategy to project management.

We were delighted to be commissioned by Sigma, an inspirational forward looking business, to achieve their ambition of an atmospheric new office workspace. We relished the challenge of marrying the old with the new, while remaining sympathetic at all times to this historic former Georgian townhouse.
