Jennings Design Studio specialises in architecture and interior design for workplace, hospitality (including restaurants, bars & hotels) and retail. We offer and end to end service from initial feasibility, to planning design and architecture, project management, to final certification and sign off. JDS can help grow your organisation by design. With over 20 years experience, including 5 years working with renowned architect Sir Nicholas Grimshaw, works in Europe, Asia, America, and multiple design awards, lecturing, and numerous projects published, Architect Brian Jennings leads the design studio. With an outstanding team, we intend to continue to grow and learn.

How We Work

1. Learn & Concept

We learn about your organisation, understand what problems need solving, and agree a unique project plan. We prepare a concept design, aligned with your organisation's objectives. If required we liaise with the local authority and prepare a planning application.

2. Detail & Tender

We develop a thorough detailed design for you, working with other consultants if needed. We agree suitable contractors, and carry out a tender process to ensure best value. If required we prepare fire safety certificate (FSC) and disability access certificate (DAC) applications.

3. Construct & Complete

Contracts are signed and the works carried out. We inspect the quality and progress, prepare a final snag list of any items to be completed, and issue the relevant certification. We ensure your initial brief has been achieve and the problems solved.
