What we do \ We design and deliver innovative workplaces and homes. Whether refurbishing, renovating or extending, we always start with a thorough brief and we design from the inside out. The best work comes from good teams, so along with our clients we work with planners, engineers, quantity surveyors and building teams. Our projects include retail, office, residential, medical, exhibition, education, leisure, and restaurant environments.
Our design for workplaces is about assisting our clients maximize investment. Our design for homes is about delivering the house of your dreams, as economically as possible. There is no such thing as great projects, just great clients.
Sustainability \ There are two sides to sustainability for a design studio. Making spaces and construction as environmentally efficient as possible is obviously important, but the materials used should also be minimally polluting and from sustainable sources. Our designers have been involved in award winning building schemes, and our green ethos extends to all aspects of our business and operations — we care passionately about creating a healthy planet which the next generation can be proud of.
Our background \ With 18 years experience, multiple design awards, and numerous projects published in prestigious journals including Architects Journal, Building Design, Wallpaper, Irish Times, Irish Independent to name but a few, Brian Jennings leads the design studio and the project teams. Brian spent 5 years working with world renowned architect Sir Nicholas Grimshaw. Based in London, he worked on international projects in the UK and Europe. Later he worked 10 years with the talented Hugh Wallace and Alan Douglas. As a practice principal based in Dublin and London, he worked on projects in Ireland, UK, Europe, and Asia. Brian also lectures in Interior Architecture at Griffith College Dublin.
